About YMCA Downtown Syracuse
Our Downtown YMCA has 3 full basketball courts, women’s only fitness center, indoor track, 5 racquetball/handball courts, small group training studio, group exercise classes, indoor pool & aquatics open swimming. The men and women’s locker rooms are equipped with newly dry saunas, showers and locker areas for safe storage of belongings. Prevention programs and assisted memberships offered for qualified members.

A little outdated , but that’s part of the charm. Everything you need is here , as well as one of the Only Men’s Clubs in a YMCA. Super cool history.

It's LEGIT‼️‼️ MOVING HERE BECRHEY WILL GIVE YOU A FALSE INFRACTION VIOLATION WHENEVER YOU SPEAK UP, IF YOU HAVE A MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION THEY WILL NOT HONOR THAT AND ALSO WHEN YOU TRY AND SPEAK TO THEIR BOSS THEN RHEY WON'T LET YOU. BUT YEAH IF YOU HAVE ANY TYOE OF MENTAL HEALTH CONDITION and whatnot 🗣DO NOT‼️‼️‼️ MOVE HERE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS AND WHEN YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT IT WILL BE A WASTE OF TIME BECAUSE THEY'LL GIVE YOU A FALSE INFRACTION VIOLATION SMH

This Y has something for everyone. I love the pool. They have lots of toys and gear for you to use. Its always extremely clean too. The showers will take your nail polish off loI! . Very good! Clean lockers and bathrooms

You guys have single handedly destroyed downtown Syracuse with your “charitable”programs. You can’t feel safe as a woman walking downtown to the gym of the sauna because of the number of people hanging in the street yelling, many with substance abuse issues and mental health problems. They need to get help and just concentrating them together here makes it worse.

The downtown YMCA is an older building and past directors have abandoned thier duties. This new directors and board members are on a great track and I feel good about going to this building again!! Great job staff. We appreciate you!!
